Launching Fall 2025 in Fayetteville
Ember & Root is a self-directed learning space offering hands-on, curiosity-driven programs for kids in Northwest Arkansas. We’re hiring creative, dependable facilitators to help co-create joyful, inclusive spaces where kids feel seen, celebrated, and inspired to learn.​

Hiring Lead & Assistant Facilitators

• Tuesdays & Thursdays

• $15–$22/hr depending on role

• Paid training provided

• Background check required

Applicants may be considered for both programs if their schedule allows

You'd be a great fit if:

you love working with and supporting  kids in a flexible, child led  environment and skills in one or more of the following:

Bilingual fluency, tech/coding, STEM, or maker skills or interests, visual or performing arts, music, cooking, gardening, or other hands-on talents
